I said in my last post that I wouldn’t join the fun of analyzing the political election. Fortunately, I don’t have to because I predicted almost exactly this outcome on August 5. Three months ago! I re-read my post last night and — tooting my horn here — I nailed it. So I won’t offer any *new* analysis, but have to copy some of my super excellent old analysis:
Kamala Harris is a terribly weak nominee.
Kamala is the media darling, despite ghosting the media. Again, not surprising. None of the pundits seem to care that she has yet to sit for a live interview! I am telling you: the Harris candidacy will evaporate on contact with scrutiny. She is, by far, the worst impromptu speaker of national stature in our lifetime. She is a walking “Ooops” loop.
Trump has always been smarter than the Media.
Guys, wake up. This is the same thing they have been saying for roughly ten years. I used to think like that, but here’s the thing: Trump has a process! He tries out lots of new material, finds what works, and then repeats it with more discipline than anyone since Reagan. Trump, unlike so many political pros, is not afraid of innovation.
